 After an excruciating 4 days of calling every Viper dealer in Calgary, Alberta to gain more knowledge about Viper car starters in comparison to other brands, I was finally "relieved" to speak with Quenton Taylor at the Auto Temp SE store.From the initial phone conversation to the picking up of my keys with installation of my car starter complete; Quenton provided me with exemplary knowledge and outstanding customer service!! He demonstrated a genuine care for customer satisfaction, answering all my questions with incredible patience and diligence. I would highly recommend anyone interested/requiring car audio, electronics or car starter installation; to see Quenton at the SE Auto Temp location. The entire team is great!! | Got my remote starter installed and then had a problem with my battery, they told me to bring it in and they would make sure it wasn't the starter affecting the battery. Turned out it wasn't but they charged my battery all the way, cleaned it, tested it and made it work perfectly again!! They did NOT have to do all that for me but they did free of charge! | Hi, I just wanted to say thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me this afternoon. Unfortunately I did not get their names. (Brown hair blue eyes & taller gentlemen kinda redish hair I bielive Kyle). A job that would have cost me $70.00 these two gentlemen took care of it in a matter of a few mins and I was only charged $5.00 for battery replacement. I work in a building of 700+ employees. I will most definitely recommend Autotemp and spread the word of friendly and great service that this location has provided to me. | I had my remote start re-programmed today because it wasn't working. I wish to compliment CORINNE TWIDALE for her most courteous and friendly service to me and all the customers I heard her talking with for the half hour I was there waiting. | I had some work done at the 114th Ave location in Calgary and have nothing but positive comments to say. The guys were very respectful and fast! The charges were very reasonable and the wait to get an appointment was short. I asked a lot of questions and all of them were answered professionally. Since I have no experience with car audio, I asked to watch them do the install and they allowed me to do so! Great guys, great service and a great overall experience!!! Thanks very much! | Just wanted to say thanks to all the guys n gal on the south end. Best sound system i have ever had, and the staff was very helpful. Quenton walked me through all the different options and helped me pick the right hardware for my car, while keeping it in my price range. He walked me through everything i needed to know about my new system and was very knowledgeable about any questions i had. Also want to say thanks to Chris and Dooyee for doing a great job on the install, it looks like the speakers came with the door but sounds so much better. Will tell all my friends of the time i went to autotemp and will be back next year to get more custom work done. Thanks guys.
