The DEH-6300UB is an iPhone-friendly and flexible player that lets you enjoy your music from a variety of sources. It is fully compatible with iPod and iPhone, allowing direct control via the CD tuner, and ready to play back your CDs and digital files. It's ready for your iPhone Pandora app as well, letting you enjoy it through your receiver. Separately customize your display and key illumination to get just the effect you're after, and read it all on the brilliant two-line LCD display.

Color Customization with over 210,000 colors variation lets you precisely match the receiver illumination to the vehicle's interior lighting, ore create any other effect you're going for. Key and display illumination colors can be adjusted separately, for even more visual flare.

USB and Auxiliary Inputs

Connect a USB thumb drive or other device for direct playback of MP3, WMA, or WAV audio files. It's a handy way to grab some tunes before you hit the road. A standard auxiliary input is also provided, so you can connect pretty much any MP3 player or other device for your enjoyment.

Enhanced iPod/iPhone Connectivity

Connect your iPod or iPhone to the USB port, and enjoy music playback and basic controls (track up/down, fast forward, rewind, pause, repeat, and shuffle). Connected iPods will also get a charge, so no worries about depleting your battery.

Pandora Integration

Fans of the Internet music service Pandora, rejoice! Many of Pioneer's 2011 models, including the DEH-6300UB, feature Pioneer's new Pandora Ready feature, which gives you direct control of Pandora through your iPhone. Launch Pandora on your connected iPhone, and you'll be able to experience it through your receiver, complete with bookmarking and thumbs up/down buttons.

Radio Tagging

Have you ever heard a great song on the radio, but couldn't remember what it was called or who sang it when you went to go look for it later? Now you don't have to worry about missing out on great music. iTunes Tagging gives you the power to "tag" all of your favorite songs without having to scramble for a piece of scrap paper in the car, then later preview or purchase music at iTunes Music Store. Works with stations transmitting RDS artist/song data.

Advanced Sound Retriever

Hear the detail, warmth and clarity, the way the artist intended it, from all of your highly compressed MP3 and WMA files stored on your USB device, iPod and portable media players. By restoring data (especially higher frequencies) that tends to get lost in the digital compression process, Pioneer's Advanced Sound Retriever technology enhances audio reproduction nearly all the way up to 20 kHz frequencies.
