We are looking for an experienced Sales/Service writer who has working knowledge of automotive service & 12 volt accessories and is interested in a well paid, long term career opportunity.

Duties: Will be as assigned, in addition to the following...

• Participate in counter sales, customer service writing and telephone answering as required
• Provide accurate & competitive quotes for service and product installations
• Obtain and record accurate information from all customers through clear communication and follow through on every aspect of each individual job with all staff as required, as related to every aspect of the job
• Maintain accurate inventory control by consistently recording the use of any & all parts used to complete each sale or install.
• Maintain accurate data entry into our POS system by Transferring all notes & details of service and installation preformed as outlined on every work order Document.
• Co-operate with internal warranty as required
• Maximize efficient use of time
• Participate in all training as it is provided
• Share in daily showroom maintenance routine, includes cleaning counter space, wood shop, sweeping of the floor and emptying the garbage  
• Participate in regular maintenance of showroom washroom
• Participate in “Continual Improvement” projects
• Participate in the maintenance of Demo Boards
• Provide assistance to new and existing sales/staff where possible to aid in their development and training
• Maintain up to date product knowledge literature and quick reference guides
• Mandatory attendance of related product knowledge and training seminars as they are provided
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory control of all items as they are consumed
• Identify and recommend solutions to potential problems
• Assist with regular cash outs and administrative prepare paperwork when required
• Provide assistance to new and existing staff on product installations
